"I can say that the receptionist was awesome. As was Alexis, the manager who called me. Both were very polite and professional. However, the nurse Juliet treated me horribly. I am a disabled, senior citizen who has a caregiver thru the IHHS program. A program to support at risk seniors. He was at home waiting on me. A couple days prior he was accosted on the trolley and his phone was stolen. If you review attached brochures from the Surgery Center and California Orthopedic say nothing about needing to even have a caregiver. Much less that your surgery would be cancelled. I was getting a ride from a Clinician with a BA, thru Downtown Impact and they (Juliet and Dr Erwteman) could not make an exception and allow them to relay the information about care to my worker. Dr Erwteman has still failed to contact me. In essence, they made a judgement call as I am Medicare client that the level of care I receive is atrocious. They humiliated me. I was there, per their instructions with nothing but my glass case and my cards. Thank goodness I was able to have someone outside call me a cab. My father was a pedodontist, Dr Max Greer, from Bonita. If he was alive he would have been shocked at the utter disregard, both Juliet and Dr Erwteman showed."

"From the moment that my son checked in for surgery the staff was amazing the receptionist, the nurses we were informed in detail of everything that was going on regarding my sons procedure. He received exceptional medical service and what stands out the most is my son received a call the following day from one of the nurses ( sorry I cant remember her name )to see how he was doing. "Everything was so smooth from the moment I walked through the doors. The receptionist was polite and professional. The nurses who did the pre-op (Amanda, Juliette, Kim) were so kind that I didn’t have time to feel nervous about the surgery. Everything single step was explained in detailed with no rush. After surgery Christy in the PACU was an angel, I was waken to a nice warm cup of coffee :) She was gentle and got me ready to go home. Like I said from the start to end the experience was like no other. Thank you all for the caring and loving service you provide it’s a life changing to all patients."
