"I would say by far the worst attention to patient care at this office. The staff is rude and provides no help. I had it with dealing with the ladies that work for Dr. Gil so I switched primary care doctor for my uncle. I would not recommend anyone to bring their loved ones especially elderly people to this office."
"we been calling for authorization of prescription for months they just keep telling its pending but when we went there for appt. and talked to ana gil about it she said they will send a new one and when we confront the MA she just said nobody inform her! we are waiting for nothing. the stuff doesnt care about pt. care"
"Never choose her as your primary doctor!!!!!!!!!!!!β Total irresponsibility, even if her team tries to help this health provider Ana Gil can never help in an emergency or with something simple like filling out a form, frustration being in pain and having to beg for her attention"
"Dr. Gil was my doctor for almost a decade. Before he passed away his daughter Ana Gil became my health provider. She has helped me through my anxiety, weight management, and women's yearly exam. She answered every single one of my questions with kindness and professionalism. I don't plan on changing providers anytime soon."
"My 86 year old father has been coming to doctor Gil's office for many, many years. Last week my sister called and explained that our father was no longer going to be coming to doctor Gil's office as we would be seeking other options. The receptionist was very familiar with my Father as Dr. Gil has been seeing our Father for a very long time. My sister was very disappointed when the receptionist simply replied "Ok, I'll make a note of it". That was it! She never asked why? or even cared to ask how our Father was doing. About a week or so later, our Father receives a Condolence card via US mail from Dr. Gil's office. This card was giving our Family condolences for the passing of our Father?? This is so upsetting because our Father has not passed away and if Dr.Gil's office cared one bit about any of thier patients, they would have asked why our father was no longer going to be going to Dr.Gil. It was because of this same care free attitude, we decided that for this very reason it was time to change doctors. My sister gave them the courtesy at the time of her call and did not tell them how inadequate their service has been throughout the years but rather than asking why our father was no longer going to be attending, they simply accepted it as an "OK". It is very unfortunate that our Father was nothing more than a billing source for this Dr. Patients with insurance are nothing more than revenue, their patient's health and welfare is secondary. What a heart breaking thought."
