"Dr. Hartman was great and thoroughly explained my diagnosis. However, the entire front office is completely incompetent. Please read all of the recent poor reviews because I didn't and ran into the same issues. It's been two weeks since my initial appointment and I haven't even been able to schedule my MRI yet. I've had to call 5 times in the last 2 weeks (including to my own insurance to check from their end), and Maria the insurance coordinator is not doing her job. She is never in her office and when I finally spoke to her on the phone she said she would pull my file as we were speaking. The next day I go to check with the MRI imaging group (at a different location because they don't accept the same insurance as the doctor), and they still haven't received anything. Every time I call there is a minimum of 10 minute wait, any time of day. Like I said, Dr. Hartman was good but the front office has no idea what's going on and doesn't do their jobs."
