"Came here to get my father treated, but we never made it in to see the doctor. This place was disgusting. Trash in the waiting room. Bugs on the floor. The nurse didn’t know how to take blood pressure. We walked out. Complete and total lack of professional standards for a doctor. Avoid at all costs Update: Just heard from my father’s primary care physician that this place called them and made medical recommendations despite NEVER HAVING TREATED MY FATHER. I believe this to be insurance fraud and malpractice. I’ll be notifying the medical board, insurance and contacting an attorney"
"I came here in hopes of getting the help I needed. However I was misdiagnosed with a serious lifelong condition. It was later confirmed by two other neurologist that I do not have this condition. I thought I had this condition for awhile before I was able to get into other doctors. I was about to be put on lifelong medications for something I never had. These medications would have given me serious side effects. When I asked questions about the medications, I was told I was slow and these questions were all diverted. I was told I wasn’t understanding him properly and needed to call a loved one so they could comprehend this for me. I left that day, and awaited appointments with other neurologists. The diagnosis was lifted a few months later. I guess mistakes can happen however there were so many other things that made me feel so uncomfortable. In addition to the malpractice that occurred, there were what I believe to be HIPPA violations that occurred here. There is no private exam room (maybe there is now if they updated it but when I came here there wasn’t). My diagnosis was mentioned in front of a lobby full of people whom I’ve never met and this made me feel uncomfortable. I felt so embarrassed and ashamed. Part of this is because their exam room is separated by the lobby room with a room divider that and no walls or doors. The room divider didn’t lift to the ceilings. It was not even an attempt to create privacy. Everyone could hear everything. Also, as I was undressing into a gown in the “exam room” another employee walked in. Dr. Ho also called me slow and didn’t comfort me at all while making the diagnosis. He never followed up with me over the next few months to see if I am okay in any way, and getting my medical records was difficult and no easy task. I remember going through a lot to get the records. When I was waiting in the lobby I heard him diagnosing another patient (I heard everything due to the lack of privacy) and I had such an uncomfortable gut feeling, and I keep thinking about how I hope no one else had misdiagnosis given to them. I’m glad I questioned it all and got other opinions."
"This is the New location for CMA. Love the new location and the food and shops around it. As well as Dr. Ho is a great Neurologist."
