"lower star if possible. 1. it took more than an hour sitting in the room waiting for the doc to come in. i gave em a list of my current meds, walked em through my history. doctor proceeded with "
"I'm sharing on behalf of my husband's experience with telemedicine with Dr. Oliver. The doctor was several minutes late, which is fine and can be understandable - but the entire point of the visit, literally in the subject and name of the appointment, was to go over his bloodwork, specifically lipid panel! He did not even bring it up and just went through the motions of standard questions regarding medications, etc. He did not discuss the results of his bloodwork AT ALL. When they hung up my husband just flat out stated that he needed to find another doctor. I myself go to this office and have been underwhelmed with the attention that both the staff and the doctors pay to their work. You pay a LOT of money for medical treatment, you should be happy with your service...and you should feel like your issues are being addressed! This place is a bit of a mess."
"Been trying for several weeks for this douche to write a lab order to get my blood pressure medication re-filled. Finally got a nurse to call me back after several calls a week and a half later but they seemed to be confused as to what I needed, after 5 messages! Had put all of my effort into this lazy doctor and am now starting over… Do not invest in this guy or PHMG…."
"In my experience, setting an appointment and having it canceled a month out is unprofessional. I'm sure your vacation was planned before my appt. was made after all who last minute plans a 2 week vacation? To top it off, I am forced to wait a month after your return to get a new appointment. As a new patient transferring, at what point does the office staff not think to mention, "Hey, we will send you some forms to complete"... random number sends a text mid day says, "Click this link." in this day of cyber crime that's concerning at least inform patients. The form, 15 pages long, is ridiculous when medical records have been sent to your office with all that HIPPA information already. Apparently, your system must be special since all my private information has been transferred, and now I have to tell it to you again. This is why medical records systems exist to share encrypted data. Your front office staff was not the most professional. Patient privacy is and should be the most important thing, documents and appointment sheets scattered on the desk. I could give you details on three of them. No privacy, no comfort, and I'm not wasting my time with your staff explaining my medical details for everyone waiting can hear."
"I've been a patient at Graybill for over 6 years. I've been a patient of Dr. Oliver's for just about a year. I saw him initially for a pre-op visit when my usual primary care doctor was out on medical leave. During that first visit Dr. Oliver was curt and condescending. I chalked it up to the fact that I wasn't one of his regular patients and that he was put out by the rush appointment. However, after my usual PCP left Graybill I decided to give Dr. Oliver a chance since I'd seen him once before, he'd also seen my husband and his office is close to home. I only saw him one time after that and once again he was condescending and rude. I had planned to switch to a different Graybill Dr. when I needed to be seen again. In the meantime, I'm taking several medications that require regular refills. Every single time my pharmacy puts in a request for a refill with Dr. Oliver, it has never once refilled without me having to call Graybill to follow up on. Each time I call I hold for over 20 minutes ( this is a consistent issue they have ). I was recently on vacation and forgot to pack one of my medications. I called the after hours line and left an urgent message for Dr. Oliver to call in a 5 day prescription to a local pharmacy. I stressed the urgency. I Never got a call back from anyone and the pharmacy which I had provided detailed information for never received the okay to fill the prescription. I called the following day, held for 20 minutes and finally just hung up. I ended up calling the office that my former PCP moved to. He was able to contact the out of state pharmacy and I had the prescription filled within half hour. I never write reviews and dislike writing a negative review, but after just hanging up with my pharmacy who once again advised me that they've been trying to reach Dr. Oliver for refill authorization for two weeks and have had no reply after several attempts, I felt it necessary. It's disappointing that his bedside manner and tone towards his patients is lacking, but his inability and disinterest in providing basic care ( doing his job) is unacceptable. I'll be changing doctors, which obviously has no impact on Dr. Oliver, but when the opportunity arises, when I'm asked if I know of a good dr. in town, I'll be quick to tell them which dr. to stay away from."
