"This is the best doctor, he cares but the three stars is not for service, staff is horrible, never call back answering services always full so who gets your messages would not know, worst of all I had referrals waiting , did they send it to me or call no! Then I got sick of waiting on them quit seeing dr and self managed myself. Then when I went back they blamed me for not coming to doctor but they screwed up, so he is awesome but the staff no great. Now no walk ins so make an appointment or you will never see her or him!"

"I don't see this doctor but my husbands son see's him. It is practically impossible to get ahold of a staff member. I called around 50 times to finally speak to someone. I asked why it takes so long to get through she said they only have 3 lines open and she is the only one trying to answer all the lines. That is crazy. That's horrible customer service. Doctor really needs to improve on patient care."
