"I haven't meet anyone in the office but my significant other was referred by her physician. She called them to set up an appointment. They didn't give her one. Instead they took down her insurance information, name, and name of referring physician. Told her they would call her back. No call ever came. After a week of waiting for "the call" she called them explained to them that she was referred and that she was waiting for a call back for over a week. The lady put her on hold for over 20 min. Didn't apologize for the no call back nor for the 20 min wait. Then the only next available appointment was 8 weeks and a few days out! Serous 2 months?! I get maybe a month or a month and a week but over 2 months?! Ridiculous. I told my SO to find another Dr to see but she feels that she should stick it out because her physician referred her. Hopefully this Dr and office staff is worth the wait. So far first impression is less than zero stars."

"I was treated great I can’t imagine a bad review. I even had a hernia so was kept an extra day. Staff- Dr Suh was fantastic. private room -clean and more. I’ve kept it off four years best thing I ever did for myself. My friend is getting ready for Friday she’s excited. Maybe if i didn’t want to walk or follow rules or be over demanding I might want to trash them. No they are fantastic but you gotta do the work from day one."

"3/23/2018 I had RNY Bypass and Umbilical Hernia surgery. Dr. Suh and his staff were fantastic! Information and education before, during and after has been outstanding. I still attend their weekly Zoom support meetings three years later. My heaviest weight was 397 lbs. Three years later I sustain 212 lbs and ride a road bike 9 hours a week. My energy is off the charts. Went from size 50 pants to a size 34. Thank you Dr. Suh for your guidance and educating me how to change my life."
