"I went In for an appointment today and Grace a nurse practitioner was very rude. She didn’t care how I was feeling about her diagnosis was a one way street when k shared my opinion on my injury and acted very unprofessional when reading my mir and Belittling me . I felt like I wasn’t being listened or tended to the correct way. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in my life. Staff awesome facility great speedy and accommodating. But Grace worst experience I’ve ever very had with a doctor."

"When I arrived there were two people waiting to be called back and one person ahead of me trying to check in. When I got up to the check-in window I was told it would be three hours before I could be seen. I came with a referral that had all of my employer’s info and all of my personal info on the form. I still had to provide my phone number, even though it was on the referral, and 20 minutes later received a text message asking me to provide all the information that was on the referral. About a half hour later I was called back, they took my weight and vitals then took me to a room where I waited for another half an hour to see the Doctor. After almost 3 hrs total I was finally sent to physical therapy where I waited another half an hour for my therapist. When I left I was asked how my visit went and I complained about how much of my time was waisted. I was told it shouldn’t be that bad the next time I come because I will have an appointment. The receptionist took all of 30 seconds to write down my number and tell me to wait for a text. She could have easily put the info in herself in less time than it took me to get the text. I was not happy."

You can tell they love their jobs!!! The waiting room and patient rooms have been spotless each time I’ve had appointments."
