"I am a new patient at Star West and have yet to meet the doctor but the support staff there is awesome. Jenny (Front desk and phones) went above and beyond in assisting me do battle with my insurance company. Jenny was actively replying to emails and making phone calls on my behalf ON HER DAY OFF ! Her efforts got me to the specialist I needed when the insurer dropped the ball over and over again. I have to state again. Jenny got this accomplished on Tuesday. Their office is closed on Tuesday. Jenny worked on her day off to help me get the care I required. As I said, I have yet to meet the doctor, but if Jenny is any indication of the caliber of care doled out there, I will be a patient there for a long time. Thank you Jenny."
