"This hospital does not have standard weight checks or blood tests during visits. Usually, the staff measures blood pressure. My father, a patient, was trying to measure his blood pressure directly with a blood pressure machine, but the doctor just stared at it, so I got so angry that I screamed and told the doctor, “What are you going to do if you just look at me?”... You should never send your parents here."

"This Dr. Is so rude and they blocked off the entrance to his office and he consults with patients in the waiting room. With HIPPA law, he cannot do patient consultation in the waiting room with door wide open where there is no privacy. He sent us to Quest lab, Quest dont take same day walk in and very hard to make appt., so I asked Drs office to change lab, Helen refused, saying with our insurance we can only go to Quest which isn't true. With same insurance, we went to diffreren la last year and verified with our insurance we can go to another lab. We are going to another Dr. From now on."
