"if there is a 0 star available I would give it to them. Staff cannot appropriately speak English, I feel like I am talking to 7 years old child whom cannot understand my question. Honestly, my 5 years old nephew is much better at understanding then they do. The website is not function for provider search, phone number on website direct to commercial rebate. This IPA is a joke and a crime to their patient. Should been stripe out of business long time ago. Please change your MG and tell your PCP to change their MG too if you have anything to do with this mess"

"If I could give Conifer a zero I would. They took over Alamitos IPA they have processed all my claims wrong. I've meet my deductible 03/04/2020 and they are processing my claims with a $40.00 copayment. Several Dos's UCLA is billing me for $400.00. This is sad. Please don't not select this IPA"

"Alamitos IPA is the worst medical group. They never answer their phones. I am very upset because I need my glucose sensors and I have been without it since July 25th. I am currently 37 weeks pregnant. The only reason I have not switched medical groups is because of my primary care physician. She is amazing and I do not want a new doctor. I really need my medical supplies. Alamitos IPA is looking for a lawsuit."

"I had a doctor charge me full amount w/ insurance. I reported them and after the manager had his minions tell me lies, ex we are invesitgating it...I tricked one to give me the managers no, caught him off gaurd and then he tried to help me. I gave my two weeks to my employer if they did not return back to torrance ipa thipa, GOSH my main doc, overcharged me, my foot specialist was double dipping, this ipa is bad, won't even follow up when I report illegal activity....took them 4 months to take action but nothing changed."

"Worst IPA. Have been waiting on the phone for over an hour to speak to a customer service rep to follow up on an authorization submitted over 10 days ago. Seems like no one works there because they can't answer their phones."
