"NEVER COMING BACK. this place is literally stuck in the 90's (they had literally a computer from the early 90's they still use). I can say a million things about my experience here ... 1) receptionist doesn't know how to receptionist AT ALL lol. I had to ask her all the questions that she should have been providing about the facility. I asked where they were located and she said "uhh well where are you coming from?" And proceeded to try giving me verbal directions. JUST GIVE ME THE ADDRESS. 2) THIS IS A CASH ONLY FACILITY BUT THEY DONT TELL YOU UNTIL YOU FINISHED YOUR APPOINTMENT! I had to drive to an ATM, get cash, drive back, AND THEN THEY DIDNT EVEN HAVE CHANGE??? so we had to wait for the Dr to finish another appointment... Just so he can pull out his wallet and say he doesn't have any. Then told me "well you'll be back in 2 weeks so just get it then". WHAT THE HELL?? thank goodness the other receptionist there worked with me. 3) the doctor himself. He needs to recertify, get some sensitivity training, or just realized what year we're in. Zero respect. I'm in a relationship with a woman, and so he just assumed I've never had sex EVER , as I try correcting him, he didn't understand me at all. YOURE A GYNO FOR CHRIST'S SAKE IF YOU CAN'T UNDERSTAND SEX WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS. 4) HE WALKED IN ON ME STILL CHANGING AFTER MY PAP SMEAR. he left the door open and told me to get dressed, so I closed the door. Then he knocks and just OPENS without waiting for me to answer. Then said "oh still changing" and closed the door. When he came back in, I told him to NEVER open the door on a woman changing ever again without asking first. And he just laughs?? So yeah. Worst OB/GYN experience ever."
