"I have been to Edinger medical group on two occasions. I will give the office staff and Lana Nguyen 5 stars. The office staff is friendly and accommodating. Lana has a great bedside manner, making you feel listened to and welcomed. I gave this review 3 stars because my last visit with Dr. Chow was disappointing. Before she entered my room for my visit, I heard her outside of the my room talking to a medical assistant about how tired she was, etc. That didn't make me feel comforted with her examining me. I had several questions for her about my health, which she answered but then she urgently rushed out of the room without asking if I had anymore questions or if there was anything else she could do. As soon as she closed the door, again I heard her complaining to the medical assistant about how tired she was and then I heard her whisper "that last patient"(which was me) and I didn't hear the rest. This, in my opinion is unprofessional behavior coming from a medical doctor. I left the office feeling disheartened and upset about my visit with Dr. Chow. I hope the professionalism in the office improves."
