"Appointment at 2:00pm… it’s now 3:36pm… what’s the point of having an appointment?!"
"Didn’t even make it in the office. They don’t hardly answer the phone and when they do they have such a lazy tone with an attitude that sounds like you’re bothering your teenager. I spoke to Maria who not only wasn’t knowledgeable and not one bit resourceful but she transferred me to someone who is named Monique who’s attitude was worse. She said she had no idea why I was transferred that they only see their own patients and my child wasn’t one of them. She also said they don’t have a doctor in their department. When I asked her how is it that they only see their patients when they don’t have a doctor there and how was she able to determine my child wasn’t their patient when I had only mentioned his name she disregarded the dr question and said because she could see my child’s appointment that Maria made in a different co clinic and she mentioned a drs name saying that was my child’s dr and they didn’t work with her ( even though when I mentioned the appointment she kept saying she couldn’t find a record for him or anything at all and that that was probably because he didn’t go there). I actually work at a medical facility and had checked my child’s insurance and his assigned dr wasn’t the one she mentioned and either way if he’s not their patient how and why was she accessing his information. Seems like she didn’t like I asked if that was a hippa violation because she quickly said my other phone is ringing and I have to get that so bye now.? Like seriously that’s how a medical professional ends a call? Filling a grievance and changing drs asap. My advice is avoid this office avoid someone telling you it’s not their problem your child is sick take them to the hospital as also suggested by Monique"
"Got here at 9am still here at 3:11. Seems they overbook appointment times. My mom had an appointment at 10am got here early at 9am they couldn't check her in till 9:30 left at 12 from there, that 2 1/2 hours. No one was there at 9. Same with second appointment went to next floor appointment at 1:40 couldnt check in until 12:40, more than 5 people got there at the same time and stood in line right before 12:40. Don't understand if your empty why being early is an issue. It's now 4:13pm. They literally have a sign that says it could be 2-5 hours... front desk is closed. So short staffed? Underpaid staff? Not enough applicants? Low employee retention? All of the above? Must be, for the wait to be this long. I know it's the county but this is utterly ridiculous. That this is the best that can be done for people. Spend their whole day trying to get Healthcare."
"Horrible location to access for a disabled person. Building B is where the primary care clinic is located and finding it is very difficult. There is ONE handicap parking space and the visitor parking lot is very far away from the entrance. Once inside, it’s a long walk to the elevator and then confusing to find the actual entrance for the clinic. Needless to say, I was late to my first appointment, and since I was more than 15 minutes late, they would not see me. The next appointment isn’t for a week, and I need a referral to home health but they will not make the referral until they see me in person. I asked for a video appointment to help me get the home health referral expedited, but they do not have the system working yet, so I must wait a week. Unbelievable. I will be changing my medical provider as a result of the challenges with access and flexibility."
