"This office’s administrative staff is so unfriendly. There is a middle-aged nurse who is called “manager” by the other two younger nurses. But let me just say that she does not live up to her title in terms of how she treats this office’s patients, the majority of whom are senior citizens. Every time I go to this doctor’s office, I see her being blatantly rude and outright unfriendly to these older patients (and other patients in general). Without a word of greeting, she starts yelling at them in a very aggressive manner, demanding to know why they have come to the hospital. And I am not exaggerating when I say that she yells. When the senior citizens try to explain their needs, the manager lady starts disapproving and dismissing what they say instead of providing with or referring them to receive the help they need. During the time I’ve been attending this doctor’s office, I’ve seen many senior citizens turn away dejected, without being able to see the doctor/receive the medical help that they need and to which they have every right to receive as registered patients at this doctor’s office. I don’t understand why this manger nurse does this every time and why she even works at a doctor’s office if she would rather turn away the patients. She totally overpowers the senior citizens with her very entitled and oppressive attitude, and I feel so bad for these patients who have to suffer through this nonsense every time they come to this hospital for their very reasonable and necessary needs. I feel so infuriated every time I see senior citizens plead with the manager for their treatment, medications, or vaccinations, which they should normally be able to receive so easily at their primary care. There are two younger nurses aside from the manager nurse. One of them is just as mean and rude to the patients as the manager. The petite one, who seems to be new to the team, is really pleasant and friendly; she’s the beacon of light in this hospital, but I just hope she doesn’t become like the other two over time. The doctors are nice enough, but I don’t recommend this hospital just because the two nurses’s utter lack of decorum makes you feel so disgusted every time you come in for a visit. This office needs to start treating their patients with respect or hire a more friendly administrative staff altogether."
