"Update 07/28/2022. Received an additional charge for $250 this week for the original wellness check which was covered under my insurance but had been coded wrong. Total of $450 for a checkup and phone call by a nurse. SHAMELESS Pretty shameless to charge $188 to release your annual physical check up results via 2 min phone call. The physical is 100% covered under insurance, but this is the first time where I have had a provider force me to make a return visit to actually receive the results. Charged $188 of which I have to pay $111 for the all ok… the ladies are great, the nurse was fantastic but the business is missing the mark. I have gone to kaiser where they are happy to release results online with commentary at $0 cost."
