"The worst doctors. I do not recommend this clinic. It seems like all they care about is billing your insurance company and getting the $$."
"I have been coming here for the last five years, I hate to write this negative comments but I have no choice. This clinic is a disaster, their staff are very unfriendly and uneducated, to see a doctor and making doctor’s appointments is a nightmare. Almost 6 months ago I had a telephone appointment, I waited all day but no one called me. Dr Sohail Davodian has no time for his patients, he will not spend even 5 minutes with his patients and then leave. He will just refer to his own pharmacy to get prescription drugs. They don’t care about the patients and their needs, they just want to make money. I highly recommend avoiding this clinic."
"I've been coming here for a very long time, so it pains me to write this review, especially during COVID. But even prior to the pandemic this office was struggling, and I would NOT recommend this location at the moment (or into the future) until Dr. Davoudian and his family work on the sort of staff they hire and how to balance the office workload. If you have an underlying medical condition and need things like bloodwork, referrals, medicine management, consistent visits, etc. this is not the place for you. The experience here can be draining and leave you feeling helpless. You have to advocate for yourself very hard here or have a personal relationship with the doctor to get base-line care, and even then you are at the mercy of whoever is at the front desk. Prior to this year I felt that this experience was largely due to the "normal" stresses on a primary care office that serves low-income people. This year, however, the combination of new staff and the stresses of COVID have caused a clusterf*ck. I have had experiences for the first time, at 31, where I have been spoken to like I was a child by someone at a medical office front desk to undermine what I was saying. I have had staff claim I'm not a patient there and argue with me about this without even checking my file (I have been at this practice over 13 years and so has my entire family). I have had staff repeatedly "transfer" or put me on "hold" then they hang up and shut down the main office line before lunch hours/closing time. I have had a nurse practitioner call me 5 hours late for my scheduled tele-appointment that was supposed to be with Dr. Davoudian where she proceeded to rush me through my list of needs then scold me on something she had no idea the context of. When I asked to speak to the doctor because she was being rude/making me uncomfortable, she refused to give me her name over and over in a taunting way then put me on hold. When Dr. Davoudian finally answered the phone and I let him know about her behavior, he immediately defended her and refused to listen to the feedback. There are many other examples. There also are constant issues with referrals, and it's often unclear whether the office forgot to submit them or the insurance companies are taking awhile - something the front desk takes advantage of. I completely understand some referrals take time (months), but it's unacceptable for staff to not do the proper follow up. The overall mentality here seems to be "don't worry, we have it handled" then they ignore the patients and try their best to go home before the issues bubble together later. You can feel the tension from this in the office due to how staff reacts. This leaves patients waiting months with no word or spending weeks trying to have a conversation with someone about their health, then being met with aggression/frustration or complete ambivalence. THIS IS NOT A RETAIL JOB WHERE YOU SHOW UP 9-5, BE SEMI-PRESENT, THEN GO HOME. People's lives are at stake and acting immature, unprofessional, bratty, or plain antagonistic to sick people just trying to get help is DISGUSTING. Most of the staff are not suited for the job because they have no care or concern for the patients, just making a paycheck (especially during the pandemic). The last person at this office I ever felt real care from was Rosa, and you could see how the office drained the life out of her. DR. DAVOUDIAN PLEASE LISTEN TO YOUR LONGEST STANDING PATIENTS & CONSIDER NEW MANAGEMENT. THE YOUNG WOMEN YOU HAVE STAFFED WILL LITERALLY COST YOU YOUR PRACTICE IN THE LONG RUN. LISTEN TO YOUR PATIENTS WHEN THEY GIVE YOU FEEDBACK/NAMES OF PEOPLE WHO ACT INNAPROPRIATELY OR DON'T DO THEIR JOB. I beg you, if not to help your own patients then do it to protect your pocket book."
"I was impressed with this spa from the moment I walked in the door. I was greeted by the friendly staff and offered water as I filled out my paperwork. The front room is spacious and relaxing. After I finished the paperwork, Nancy led me to the laser room and we discussed the details of my back hair removal. She was clear and accurate about the procedure, informing me of what I should expect. She then prepped me for the laser treatment and was joined by Dr. Julieta Moran for the procedure. Both the Dr. and technician were patient and gentle, making the process as pleasant as possible. The equipment was state of the art, quelling any fears from hair removal horror stories I might have had. The whole procedure took less than 45 minutes, prep included. The Dr. gave me clear instructions on how to treat my back and how much hair loss to expect. The results so far have been better than expected - 50-60% reduction in just one session. I'm actually looking forward to my next laser session. I would highly recommend this Med Spa. They are professional and go overboard to make their patients comfortable."
