"Do not come here for any reason. Staff is horrible and unresponsive, especially at the desk. I am looking for a new doctor and they would not answer any of my questions about scheduling new appointments, getting doctor availability or getting new treatment. Woman on the phone had zero clue how to speak to a human being. AVOID AT ALL COSTS"

"I wasn’t even able to set up an appointment because of the incredibly poor responsiveness. I was told to email in my insurance and ID information which I did, then was essentially ghosted. Tried to call the number and it went to voicemail every time. Wouldn’t trust anything after that so decided to go somewhere more reliable. P.S. "The bad reviews are there for a reason! I've never been treated this bad in my whole life, nothing even comes close. The doctor I was visited was nice himself but the staff were unbelievably rude. That passed, I called them today because I couldn't get my medicine refill and I needed a doctor permission, same rude lady who is always there answered the phone, talking like she's been forced to work there, in the middle of the conversation she was like hold, not a word more just hold, twice and put me on hold for half an hour then hang up the phone. I called back went straight to the answer machine. Now I have worked with Korean people for more than 10 years in koreatown and I find them to be very nice and professional, but this place is different they make you feel so bad that you rather go see some other doctor and pay out of your pockets just to avoid this place."
