"Sea View is one of the most rude and nasty insurance IPAs that exist. They don't answer for sometimes 15-20 min. and then just hang up on you! I called 2 times and was on hold 15 mins and was hung up on.Finally got one and said: finally real person! and she said yep and hung up!"

"1st of all no more Seaview. It's called Change Healthcare now. Next they changed their mind 4 times for approval. I'm supposed to have surgery with NO anesthesia. I am appealing them charging me. Wellcare said it was covered and then yes then no etc. It was very stressful."

"My wife has had numerous issues with Seaview IPA. Last year she needed multiple tests to figure out some breathing issues. The insurance took very long periods of time to approve any tests and it took over a year to finally find out what was wrong and get it fixed. More recently, my wife hurt her foot and can't walk. I took her to urgent care and this insurance declined her care and told her she has to make an appointment with her doctor even though she can't walk on it"
