One Medical: Century City

"Efficient & friendly staff. Good doctors, great bedside manners. Little pricy but worth it.Not always you can see your physician at a drop of a hat. As an organization they are a little to in with their app for doc - patient communication. Overall I like the One Medical."

"Warner the phlebotomist had to transcribe the labs and he do so graciously. He’s an exemplary employee. They’re very nice it’s a beautiful place but one medical was supposed to transcribe labs meant for quest into their own stuff and have it ready for me. I asked four days ago I go into One Medical for lab work and I’m waiting another hour while the guy there does it. It’s pretty unacceptable."

"I’ve had a few appointments here, I like my doctor, the labs went smooth, no waiting, I’m not sure why others had issues. One medical’s policy about memberships is annoying (can’t use their site on a mobile device or reply to messages unless you’re a paid member), otherwise, everything else about this location is 5 stars."

"I paid $200 for a one year membership on the recommendation of a friend who is a member and finds this place useful. I have had nothing but negative experiences with one medical! If you want a nicer primary care provider with nothing else, this may be a good option for you. However, don’t ever count on being able to get lab work done here without making at least two to three phone calls in advance and having your endocrinologist (or other doctor) send them the lab orders at least twice! They also want you to bring a physical copy of the orders every time (no, it’s not enough to send it repeatedly)! Basically, they have nice offices, but if you have an actual medical condition, this won’t make your life any easier—-it will just be another hurdle in your attempt to get treatment!"

"I have to complain about the billing service and the IT support team. After we saw the doctor we received an email to pay our bill through one medical app. However, we can not open that link, no matter how we tried (using mobile app of two phones or using different browsers via laptops). We then replied the email and explain the problem. No body replied in 1 week and we kept receiving emails that bill is about to due. We then called the customer service - bill department, it is always busy no matter when we called except once around midnight. That time we finally talked with a assistant, but she said it’s over midnight and the billing system is closed so she can not help me. I told her please let someone call me back because I haven’t have good luck to connect to an assistant during daytime. You can guess, no body called! We finally visited the office and paid the bill in person. I also send a message through one medical app to report the problem (with a screenshot attached). This time somebody replied and told me: you should try using mobile data instead of WiFi. ??? I let him know that I have tried everything. It is still going no where...I heard one medical has great service from my friends so I decide to join. But this is totally a disaster."
