"I have a hard time with any dog boarding or training facility that smells of urine. Bring Rover Over is smelly to me and that's a big turn off. Its a large space, with kennel crates and a training area and all of it is stinky. Dogs will pee and mark- that's a given. Why not build a space that has a concrete floor and concrete 1/4 of the way up the wall, so it can be hosed down with water easily? Also, the concrete won't become saturated with urine over time. I know that approach is more expensive up front to build, but it will pay off in the long run. If my human nose is bothered by it, I think the poor dogs, with their keen sense of smell, must be absolutely overwhelmed with the smell. Probably very agitating to them. My introductory dog training class was OK. Good, patient instructor named Karen!"
