He had a very comfortable demeanor, so when Dr. Coffey came in I felt very relaxed. Dr. Coffey examined me & asked me questions, & thoroughly explained what was going on with my ears. He then told me about three optional treatments. I had a few questions and he patiently and thoroughly answered each of them.
