"Dr. Laub's practice must be the worst office management in town. It is such a pity, because he is a nice guy but he is rather absorbed in his own world and fails to see that his front office is beyond ineffective. They go as far as covering up a complaint, a fax, erratic paperwork, and fail to pass on messages, no manners, rude to patients on the phone. They never call about test results; you feel as though they are doing you a favor. There is simply no follow up or care. Dr. Laub doesn't call back when there is a concern. Changed urologists due to this lack of care. We should've listened to our neighbor and avoid years of being taken for granted. Tip: If you have to deal with Colleen at the front desk, do not trust her."
