"Where to begin. #1 - They willfully help their clients bully and retaliate against their tenants. #2 - They knowingly employ process servers who routinely perjure themselves by supplying this firm with a falsified declaration of due diligence. #3 - It's beyond clear they believe the laws don't apply to them. #4 - They play musical chairs, lawyer addition, to confuse opposing parties as to who to communicate with. #5 - Shady Shady Shady #6 - They knowingly use unlawful tactics to try and collect money their clients are not entitled to. **NEW #7 - They are pretty sore losers. Recently had a demurrer sustained against their complaint and their attorney was on the verge of a temper tantrum for losing the motion. **EVEN NEWER #8 - If you are ever on the opposing side of this firm, know they are severely allergic to the truth and will brazenly do whatever they need to so that they can try and beat you with shady procedural maneuvers and deny you due process. I could go on, but I think you get the point, especially considering the other reviews on here."

"Have reached out multiple times to let them know and show proof I moved and have a follow up email of apartment accepting move out date with everything paid and they gave us back the deposit and now they say I owe for July 2020 when we moved out in may of 2020 good luck trying to get this collection or should I say scam collection agency of lawyers to answer . I’ve now called 5-6 weeks everyday and also have done the written dispute as well with NO answer. At the point I’ll be contacting the attorney general and fraud commission to look into these “claims” since no body responds back . But from the looks of it they only respond to “positive” fees back and never reach back to people who seem to have similar situations going on."

"I received a letter asking me to contact Kimball Tirey and St John regarding a pending matter. I accidentally threw out the letter I received but luckily I googled the firm and was able to pull their contact information from their website. I have contacted and left many messages across a two week period with no response. I'm hoping this review will initiate a phone call so things can get resolved. Each time I have called, I explain the situation and the receptionist apologizes, stating each department is different and there is nothing she can do prior to transferring me to the appropriate department. If you're looking for a firm that can return your calls and/or communicate in a timely fashion, this is probably not the firm for you."
