"My Boyfriend sent me flowers for Valentine’s Day and they were horrible! Not only were they still in the plastic, grocery store like packaging, they were just placed in a vase, with absolutely no water and the flowers were dead. When I reached out to them, I had to leave a message. When they did call me back, it was to just asked me to email them pictures of the flowers, without even offering sincerity or an apology. After a few hours, I had to call to see if they’d even received my photos, they said their manager was reviewing and they would get back to me, but provided no eta. It wasn’t until the end of the day that I was contacted, and for them to say that they would be refunding the card. Again with no apology or offer of replacement, just that they were refunding us. Needless to say, NEVER again!"

"My order was missing the additional chocolate dipped strawberries I paid for. Called immediately after receiving the order. There was no response, I left a message and they did not return my call. I called again and was informed that the manager would call me back. This has not happened either. Take your business elsewhere or you'll end up paying more for unsupplied items and poor customer service."

The balloon arrangement was awesome and delivery was waaaaay earlier than I hoped. I was hoping it to arrive between 11 and 2 for a snack either before or after lunch and it showed up at 11!
