"We were in the process of making an offer on a house with a different agent but had some concerns as our agent happened to be the selling agent as well. It was a Friday evening and we decided to have someone review the offer before making it official. We called Michael's office just a few minutes before they closed for the week and he was kind enough to have a look at the document for us. He called us back a while later from his car to go over the agreement. He warned us about some unorthodox details in the document and in the end nothing came out of that offer. A few days later we had found a different property we wanted to make an offer on and decided to use Michael instead of our previous agent. Michael joked about trying to get them to cut it down, but it wasn't a big deal for us. Once the buying process was done and we moved in, the neighbor's tree was gone. I still don't know if Michael had anything to do with it, but it was a nice surprise."
