"I Somehow got on the newsletter. It actually is a very cute newsletter and possibly store for garden and outdoor enthusiasts. I’m looking forward to visiting the store one day. "The team at Terrain is awesome! We have a Next Health location at the Westfield Century City mall and I had a few plants that were getting a little tired and warm out, so I brought them up to Terrain and their team did an amazing job making beautiful arrangements for me. They even waited for a new shipment of plants to come in and then sent me pix of the options so I could choose the ones I liked best. Then they sent me the below pix of the finished items for me to pick up. The plants are still thriving ans doing great months later."

"This company is a joke! I ordered 2 coffee tables October 2020. After the order was placed and due in December, I was notified that the items have been delayed until January 2021. It is now July 2021 and every month since January I call for an update and the date gets pushed back another month. Today the representative informed me the new date is now Sept. 1 year later and cannot guarantee that estimate ship date. They have no other information when you call. Customer service is completely unhelpful. They should have just cancel the order if they cannot process it in a timely manner. I understand Covid slowed things down...I redid several rooms and experienced shipping delays...but nothing was a year late. Also, they are part of Anthropologie, don't be a sucker like me. I also ordered 2 beside tables that appeared to be available when you purchase online. These were ordered in May. Same nonsense, my order eta gets pushed back monthly."

"My sister and I ordered flowers to be sent to my mom for Easter. We paid $68 plus $25 for delivery. This is what we got (minus the vase because it didn’t come with one). When we complained, they did send a replacement to my mom and reimbursed the delivery charge (this is why we gave two stars instead of one) but it was too little too late. How that first one was sent is beyond me. My mom is not a complainer and told us they looked like weeds. The last picture is the replacement."
