"Still very early with this clinic, only have been waiting for 18 months for suicide prevention help. They only answer the phone if you wait and it transfers to the operator and the operator screens you as "not wasting the clinic's time" and then will transfer you. Would like to think that if you take the time to call the clinic, that would mean that it is important enough to answer. Needed social worker and was told that the VA does not provide the resources. The social worker needs to be retrained and informed what the resources in the VA are and what is available."

"Was denied a fourth dose of COVID-19. Was refused service. Clinic was closed during normal business hours. Was told my primary care physician reviewed my chart. I’ve never seen anyone at said clinic before so how could I have a physician there?"

"The ladies there are so rude, they have no desire to help our veterans in need. These ladies in the office had made my appointment so hectic for unnecessary reasons. There's no direct number to this office so when they left me a message to call me back I had to call back the district office and that took over 60 minutes! I'm so disappointed in this clinic and their staff, I will be contacting their office managers and their higher ups to report my horrible experience, which ended in my appointment being canceled anyway after I already room off work and arrived to my appointment."

"This facility and the clinic in Bakersfield Ca deserve a 0 star but that is not possible here. The staff is unfriendly and rude. I was told to come in for a simple task of replacing an Health ID card, and I was greeted with the such rudeness for not making an appointment. I said I called the business Office and I was told to come on down we’re happy to help you. Obviously a different staff on the phone then here in person. These people were so rude and entitled in there tones."

"These people sent me a letter saying they wanted to discuss a lab and do a blood pressure check, ok fine. So I make an appointment, take the day off, and go in only to be met with an attitude like I’m bothering them. The LVN was so rude and dismissive and the PA (carpenter is his name) that sent the letter never even showed his face. This review doesn’t matter because it’s the VA, what will be done about it? Nothing. But if you can go elsewhere, please do. A complete waste of time and loss of money only to be pushed out. I hope they are treating our older vets with a little more respect. It is really unfortunate the treatment received today."
