"extremely upset. drove an hour and spent $30+ on gas to pick up an online order. hours are 9 AM - 9:45PM. Get there at 9:42PM, no lights on. someone yells at me that they close at 9:45, I look at my phone and it’s 9:44. Person tells me their machines are closed. Received no communication, no texts about not honoring my pick up. I understand I came near close but being told that the store was closed when it was supposed to be open is infuriating. Unbelievably disappointed, i’m a very loyal customer which is why i drove so far and it feels awful to be treated so poorly. EDIT: As I was leaving one of the employees ran out and offered something from their own stash just to make it right, which i very much appreciate. Changed review from 1 to 4 stars."
