"The appointment scheduling people are liars and discriminatory and deny health rights. I will me taking this topic to the higher authorities at Pamf."
"I went to Washing Hospital ER last summer because I had a miscarriage. I was admitted and the ER doctor came to check on me. Since I was having a miscarriage I needed to stay until my bleeding stopped. After several hours in the ER my bleeding wouldn't stop, so I needed an emergency surgery. I waited and waited and nothing. I called the nurse and asked why it was so taking so long. The nurse said since my insurance was member PAMF group only the PAMF doctor would have to do the surgery / procedure. (DNC). Ok, but why is it taking so long I asked? The nurse said the doctor on duty was operating on another emergency and they were calling the doctor on call. The doctor on call was on another emergency also. So I waited another couple of hours. At this point I was so frustrated and tired. I asked again and still they were looking for another doctor. I asked why can't the ER doctor at Washing Hospital operate? Because of the insurance with PAMF, the ER doctor couldn't do anything. I went in at 11:45 AM on Wednesday morning and they didn't do the surgery until midnight. I didn't get home until 2AM Thursday. I lost so much blood I needed to take an iron pill/supplement for the next few months. Luckily I didn't need a blood transfusion, but very close to getting one. Such a bad experience....."
