"I'm disgusted with this practice. Very poor communication and coordination of services. My son's dentist wanted to use this practice for dental sedation. Bay Anesthesia Group made sure to send the bill which I paid on time. They sent all the forms, which I filled out on time. However, two days before his dental appointment, I got a refund with no note and no explanation. I've left two messages and no one is picking up or calling me back. The front desk manager had expressed concerns about my son's health. My son's doctors gave him clearance but I never heard back from the Bay Anesthesia group. I took a day off from work, we've arranged this over a month ago, and now have to scramble to see another doctor because this group is both unprofessional and cowardly. They can't face the client they are trying to screw over."
