I am down with flu and instead of compassion, I experienced blatant RACISM, obnoxious and horrible attitude from the front desk staff TERESA G. Infact, when i initially asked her what he name was. She responded with " Why do you want my name for?" I even wonder of she has given me her real name. Her ID card pinned the other way so it didn't even show her name! How does Sutter Health not see the google/yelp reviews abt this location. One person can be wrong of customer service, not so many. Its sad in this day and age to experience this discrimination."
