"I have to get weekly allergy shots for 8 months and then monthly afterward so it is quite time consuming. I always show up for my appointments on time but have had to wait 15-40 minutes most of the time. 15 mins is reasonable but beyond that is unacceptable. We make an appointment for a reason. If it's the other way around where we are late past 10 minutes they won't honor out time slot. We plan our lives and have work and other things revolving around our appt. As I am waiting i can hear numerous other patients asking when they will be seen because they also have been waiting for too long. PLEASE discuss this with management on how to improve this process."

"I’ve been going here for 2 years now for allergy shots. The staff are always very nice and Dr.Daniel Albert Cerrone is an amazing doctor. He always takes the time to answer my questions and is a good listener. What frustrates me though are the wait times. Even when I’m early, I’m often waiting 20-30 mins after my appointment time to get seen. Im not sure why this is such a persistent problem, I think they could probably benefit from hiring more staff"

"I come here for accupuncture. Unfortunately they are only offering it for pain and done in the ear only. I'm not seeing results. I used to get it all over the body for insomnia, anxiety and pain and it really helped. I'm disappointed that they don't offer this at this time."

"My husband had allergy test appointment before surgery. The process took a long time so he had to take meeting call after finishing, he cornered to quiet place inside waiting area, not disturbing other. But so called lady manager as a mean girl kept harassing him during his work call. I don’t understand why she harassed him for nothing, asking questions like do you have appointment. Why would we be even there if we didn’t have appointment. That was not acceptable behavior from a manager. Everyone has to work to pay the bills and someone might need to take work call in between their doctor visits. It would be more appropriate to ask nicely not barged in harassing. Please understand other’s problems too."

"I have been here three times and two out of three times I have had unpleasant experiences. The first time started simply by the doctor leaving the building before I event got thete because there was no other female available to accompany him for the appointment (I hadn't asked for this). Would've been nice if they told.me about that before I cancelled meetings at work to make sure I'd be there. The second time is actually right now as I write this review! I've been waiting for over 30 minutes to be seen for my accupuncture appointment!! The staff is leaving and I'm still waiting. No apologies. Nothing. Unfortunately, my experience with even the other location has been the same with doctors north of 45 minutes late."
