"Do not go here if you want to feel seen and heard about your health. I've only had bad experiences; they are always late to see me for my appointment and appointments tend to be 15 minutes long which is not enough time for the doctors to really understand my concerns. It feels like I am just another number to this office and they are just in it for the money. There seems to be many barriers of care for myself as a black woman. I have felt unheard, unseen, and uncared for by the physicians in this office. For example, they make you go into their office to get a referral so you have to pay money just for them to provide you with a referral which I think is absurd. Hill Physicians website is also a disaster, good luck trying to find a provider via their website that is in Oakland. If you can avoid being a patient of theirs, do it. This is NOT a medical group, it is people that just want to waste your time and take your money in the process."
"I have to add to the other negative reviews here unfortunately... I'm sure the doctors working here are great, but it is impossible to actually contact the office or make an appointment. The staff working the phone literally hangs up after waiting on hold for 15+ minutes; I've not been able to speak with a person after more than 5 attempts."
"We LOVE Dr. Peeremboom. He is smart, thoughtful, well-informed and takes the time to listen. Both my husband and I are his patients. We have complex medical problems and feel that he is doing an excellent job."
