"They get to bill you THREE TIMES, once at Alta Bates($1300), once Bay Imaging Consultants to read the radiology scans ($50), and once at this Berkeley Emergency Medical for the doctors( $100). And the doctors are out of network!! That means you get to figure out how to pay the bill three different ways! And they used an old address instead of the one I provided so it's really hard to pay the bill. You will need to call Brault, and the phone number provided will put you on hold for 30 minutes only to find out they need to transfer you. Now you will be on hold forever, as this transfer does not answer. Good luck. Seriously, this level of difficulty to pay bills should be criminal. Cause if you can't figure it out, it feels like you're in trouble. Bad service at this Emergency Room too. Took 7 hours."
