"I have no idea what or who CEP America is as and I've never done anything with this business, and have never received any sort of communication from them regarding any sort of bill, but i keep getting calls from their "debt collectors" and Wakefield and Associates. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT give them your payment information or provide any kind of personal information. From what I've been reading I'm not the only person who they are attempting to scam."

I looked up the company after seeing my credit score absolutely tanked because I was “overdue” $886 on a bill for don’t know what because I’ve never heard of let alone received services from this company. They turned it over to Wakefield and associates so I guess this is the start of a very long dispute process. This is absolutely illegal and insane, please everyone who has experienced this report them to the BBB"

"Received a bill over A YEAR later stating it was a final collections notice. I never received a bill from them. On top of it, they are stating I needed a referral. This was for an urgent care matter at an in network facility and my insurance specifically stated I did not need a referral. Based on the reviews, this happens all the time and this company should be looked into."
