"Dignity Health are crooks! The staff was amazing and the service was great, but then I received my bill. I went in for a headache, didn't receive any tests and my bill was 7k, after insurance it was 4k. How is this even possible? I talked to my insurance company and they informed me to get an itemized bill. I tried calling - I never got through (I was on hold for hours with no call back), I went on the chat and they said they couldn't help me, I made a login and went on the portal (which is what the recorded message said to do) - the only thing you can do there is pay your bill. I go to their help Faqs page - no help, tells me to call. This all feels so ILLEGAL. How do you sleep at night?"
"I was there several months ago. I was looking for them and saw I could leave a review. I found them to be very pleasant and a bit hard-pressed because they all had busy schedules. Professional well staffed, the best in San Francisco when you need a good physical therapist!"
"It looks like an impressive facility but the staff's treatment is horrible. We got an appointment for 10:40 and turned up at 10:30 am. But the receptionist didn't know where to send us to find the doctor amidst 3 buildings. There was no appointment email. Then staff took so long to do the paperwork to get us checked in (even though we had already filled all the forms beforehand) that the appointment slot was over before we got to see the doctor. The whole time there was not a hint of empathy."
"They charged me over $1000 for a follow up visit to get some sutures removed. I was told this was supposed to be a very minor thing - in fact the whole visit took about 5 minutes. I am absolutely appalled that no one told me to go elsewhere. If I knew it was going to cost this much I would have never gone in the first place. The fact that the personnel knew and let me admit myself anyways is absolutely disgusting. If they cared about their patients they would have done something differently."
"They charged me a steep $80 for the facility fee (separate from doctor charges) then sent me an additional bill saying I owe an additional $50. I was not told that there would be any additional fee when I paid. Completely dishonest and ridiculous."
