"Not my experience, but my cousin's. Around September my cousin while waiting for her son to open the car door was struck by a car. Some one who said he was a paralegal recommended this lawyer to my cousin right there at the site of the accident. Immediately another paralegal showed up at my cousin's house. Well not too make it too long. My cousin is a 72 year old woman with a lot of health issues. She has had a stroke in the past also. This attorneys found out that the person that struck her their insurance only cover very little, which was basically when this law firm lost interest in my cousin's case. They decided on their own to accept an amount that was basically in their favor not my cousin's. They got paid by the car insurance since the beginning of November 2023 and my cousin has not been paid. The lady a receptionist who my cousin has been talking to told her the check had been mail, she had said that on several times.its almost the end of January 2024 and there hasn't been a check. When I talk to her she told me that the check had been mailed and that if she didn't get it, she was not aware of it. I had been with my cousin when she called her a few times trying to find out about the check. She made fun of my cousin of how she was trying not to fall after the car hit her, telling her that she looked like a top trying not to fall, she was actually laughing loudly at her. When my cousin try talking to her that all she wanted was her check which was only one third of the amount that they got for her. She started making noises like a little girl nah nah nah, just so my cousin would not be able to talk. When I talk to her she lied about sending the check. She lied about her name and she would not give me her last name. Finally she said she was sending the check, this time register mail because they didn't want any issues. It has been 8 days. My cousin still has no check. This review is long so I won't make it longer, but there's more to say about this person who is working for this law firm. Very unprofessional, no manners. I cannot understand for the life of me how did this attorneys hired her. ¹"
