"My family hired Steven to throw my family and myself out of the house I had lived in since I was 4. Steven would make daily reports to me about what my family wanted from me. During the course of a couple months Steve called me with several proposals, the first proposal he said that my family wanted to give me a house, then a couple days later he called back and the offer had changed now they’re not offering a house they’re offering to rent it to me - only if I pay my family Monthly rent, pay taxes on the house, do all the maintenance and be a lot risk of eviction at anytime while I would be there. Then Steve called back again and said that offer to rent the house isn’t on the table anymore either - so when dealing with Steve it’s imperative to get ALL offer in writing from him, otherwise he can’t be trusted."
