Actually charged for that 3. threatened not to return our deposit 4. consistently provided bills late or had excuses not to provide it 5. Failed to provide explanations for things on the bill when questioned. 6. Billed for correspondence with me that never even happen. 7. Work and phone calls were assigned to wrong dates. 8. consistent use of block billing 9. Threatened to bill me if i did not sign a substitution form. Fired me for telling him to cease all further billing/work and then billed me 24 minutes for $200 on an 8 line emailing stating that I was fired. Play it safe: stay away from baldwin-mader if unless you want them to use their lawyer-ing skills to sap your wallet while doing minimum work."
