7-Eleven

"Definitely not a fan of this store, went to get energy drinks one day because 7-11 generally has a good deal on them. Get to the register to finish my transaction and the price comes up 12$ or something. I tell the lady ringing me up that isn't right, there's a 3/5$ sign there. She goes "O no worries let me double check that" totally reasonable, but another lady not wearing a uniform tells her that's only for the regular Rockstar's, not any of the flavored ones. Which is odd because no other store has that, so I leave and just go to the one down the street and behold same deal, but good on ALL Rockstars. Overall save the hassle go to the one down the street, better customer service, they get threw the lines fast and friendly. Unlike this store"

"Walked in to grab an energy drink at 10:50 am, walked towards the back of the store where the line began. The store manager was mopping, I stopped and apologized for walking where she was mopping. She threw her hands up and said I could have walked down any other aisle instead I walked over where she had mopped. I promptly but my stuff down and left. If the lady hates what she's doing that much she probably should get out of the service industry."

"The lady Connie or Bonnie short lady with curly hair, is extremely rude to customers and the boy she is training. The way she spoke to the teen boy she was training he should have walked out and left the store right then. Her customer service is extremely rude. She definitely needs some training herself before dealing with customers."

"I never thought I'd ever type the words: I had a real terrible time at 7-Eleven. Yet here we are. I had a real terrible time at 7-Eleven. I certainly wouldn't expect an amazing 5-star experience, it is a convenience store after-all. You get in and you get out and maybe you deal with an employee who's completely disassociated with their job. During this particular visit I went in to buy one item, but thanks to a disassociated employee... who was also distracted by what must have been the most fascinating pen in the entire world and was also standoffish and rude... my experience was unexpectedly miserable. Nobody trains you to deal with this kind of situation and nobody must have trained the employee either. Like, at all. In anything. Also, their debit card reader is broke, so I guess they're not making enough money from business to buy a replacement."

"This 711 is nice for quick visits. Get yourself a nice soda or chips. Whatever you need get it here. They keep the store clean, nicely prepped and organized. The staff is friendly too."
