Reviews of CVS
"I don’t know who or what these reviews are for but. I spent 1+ hour here where the entire team at the pharmacy pitched in. They all helped me resolve a problem with my grandma’s VERY IMPORTANT medication. They treated this with the urgency I felt was necessary. Thank you for the team under Mason around 5pm on 10/11/23. YOU ARE SUPERSTARS. This was a stressful time for me and grandma, but you all kept your cool and RESOLVED THE PROBLEM. THANK YOU for being such an effective team! Mason, you are a great pharmacy manager! Seriously. I’m so relieved. Thank you."
"The absolute worst. Stopped by this CVS location today at 4:15pm to visit the clinic, website says “walk-ins welcome” - that’s false, you’re required to make an appointment. I went ahead and chose an appointment time, but before swiping my debit card, I checked with the pharmacy to be sure the clinic could provide the treatment I was looking for. However, the pharmacy rep answered my question with “I don’t know”. I asked again, and the pharmacy rep again replied “I don’t know, we’re not affiliated with the clinic”. Really? Well, maybe you shouldn’t have named it “CVS Clinic”. Finally, the pharmacist stepped in and did what the rep should have done and ASKED the clinic for me. Hey CVS - give this location some training and improve the customer experience."
"Made a Covid vaccine appointment for my child. Couldn't find the kiosk to sign in but I saw a "Vaccine Check-In" sign (which needs to be removed because it is NOT the vaccine check-in) at one of the pharmacy windows. I went up to the pharmacist to ask him if that was where I had to sign in but he immediately interrupted me and told me he'd be with me in a minute. I understood, he was busy finishing a task so I didn't want to be rude and I waited. After about 10 minutes of waiting while he typed away, he left the window. I saw someone working at the Minute Clinic next to the pharmacy so I went to ask her if that was where we sign in to get the vaccine. She confirmed my question, so I went back to wait for the pharmacist to come back. After another 5 minutes, he was finally available to help. When I told him my child had an appointment for a Covid vaccine, he said "Oh that's next door at the Minute Clinic." By the time the check-in kiosk location was finally pointed out to me, my appointment had expired and there were no more available appointments for today. Thankfully, the receptionist at the Minute Clinic was able to talk to the doctor on staff and my child was able to get his vaccine administered. I work in customer service and would not have made someone wait so long to answer a question and be so rude about it. I've been busy with tasks at work but always let the customer know that if they have any quick questions or need any immediate assistance, I can help. If I couldn't help them, I'd get someone who could and let them know I'd be with them shortly. This pharmacy really needs to train their employees on customer service."
"Do not! I repeat, do not waste your time even considering this CVS, or I'd even go further to say, any CVS that offers "Rapid Covid Testing " lab services. The Covid Testing services they offer is ridiculous, I'll even go so far as to say sickening! The lack of care and responsibility is what I consider obscene! A dear family member, after 3 months of dealing with kidney failure, and finally prepped for dialysis was needing a negative Covid test in order to begin dialysis. So we do the responsible thing - make an appointment. However after making the appointment, then having to wait for the appointment to take place, and then wait for the results, a text is received just 24 hours before needing those results -"Sorry , your lab test was not 'processed'. Call us to reschedule " Are you kidding me?? You are going to send a text saying "sorry "??! Those results are needed. Yes, you can even say a matter of life or death....and this Big Pharma operated scam of a business sends a text just saying "sorry, you call us back, you call our incompetent operated business to reschedule for an appointment. So when that phone call is made, the response given is - "Sorry, we have no same day appointments for same day results available". So do you think this business would follow up their apology with a plan of action?? You know, maybe ask someone to sacrifice 5 minutes out of their lunch break, better yet, a manager that would sacrifice their own time to make up for their incompetence of not getting the original test processed. Nope, absolutely not, no one, I mean no one would take responsibility. One supervisor I talked to, "Mark" would absolutely not even give me his last name so that I could talk to a manager at the clinic - no, no one wants to own up to responsibility, they are quick to take their pay check home, punch in, punch out, sorry we won't help you even when our incompetency caused your dilemma, but the reality is as long as I get my paycheck, I could care less about you...yeah you paid, or I should say your insurance paid, so that's all they are concerned about. Find another "business" that has caring, competent medical professionals, if you can- do not, do not come here. This is my personal opinion, and I'm expressing my opinion as a result of my personal encounter in dealing with this business."
"The pharmacy team has horrible customer service especially Ann. She is rude and tried to make me angrier than I already am. Every time I came in to pick up medications there is some issue that they could have fixed before I got there. They even have the audacity to blame my doctor for not cooperating with them and yelling at them. On top of that, I have to argue with them before they help me. I should be able to pick up my medication without the attitude and hassle. Horrible I do not recommend CVS go somewhere else Someone should teach them how to deal with customers/how to talk to people."
