"The Mexican lady, with long black hair was disgustingly rude. I don’t know who her boss was but she came outside cussing and screaming saying come here like she wanted to fight. I know I’m close to TJ and all but what the heck this is unprofessional, unappropriate and out of pocket. I’m sure whatever she was upset about could have been voiced with out the hostility. I’m not sure what type of establishment doesn’t value customer service or host the appropriate representatives to face and voice the store but this was the at high most disrespectful and violent 7/11 employees I have ever encountered with . She also encouraged fighting in front of the store. I simple a mother trying to take a walk and stopped at that 7/11 .. I’m goin to look into legal actions against this story and individual 10/17/2023 between 6:05 pm -6:30 pm"

"Lady on the counter was nice and polite treated me with hospitality so 5 stars to that employee but what really got me feeling uncomfortable was the inhospitable man that came in out of nowhere, he drives this car. stood by me when I was grabbing some coffee and just stayed there acting like I was gonna steal something, so I went to checkout because that made me SUPER uncomfortable, anyways the employee is busy I go ask her if she can ring me out, the weird man actually works there and didn’t assist me, what are you doing bro? unfriendly looking face and Gestures straight up doesn’t care about customers and act like they’re gonna steel, WEIRDO."
