7-Eleven

"So, the other day I was at this 7/11 and it was pretty awesome. The staff there were super friendly and helpful, and the store had a great selection of snacks and drinks. I ended up grabbing a delicious Slurpee and some hot dogs. It was the perfect combo for a quick and tasty meal. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend checking out a 7/11 if you're in need of some convenience store goodness!"

"We bought random snacks for a trip also bought a couple of lottery scratchers and a mega ticket, the guy didn’t put our scratchers or mega ticket in the bag. We realized it when we got back home, tried calling only to hear a fax machine beep!! The employees at this store are consistently rude and basically rush guests out Cashier should’ve stopped us before leaving the counter without the paid scratchers and mega minimum, or go out of his way to flag us once outside as we were parked right out front!! Just seems Dishonest to not alert a person of items they’ve paid for were accidentally left behind as the cashier is still standing at the counter when they walk out of the store and No there was no one else in line behind us"

"The cashier was very unprofessional. He cleared the screen before I could put my rewards in , then proceeded to clear the offer to redeem my points. I had to say something inorder for him to bring the offer back up. He did not greet us when we entered and did not even say anything to me after my purchase."

"I did not get the cash back I requested. I am not able to contact them to have them reverse the charge. I am a out of town visitor and it's sad to not be able to contact the store for help. I keep getting a fax.I was rushing as I was in an Uber, however the cashier asked me did I want my receipt and I said yes. He gave me the receipt but not the cash. I didn't realize it until I got to my hotel. :("
