"Dan is an excellent attorney. I have personally used his services for estate planning. He and his wife Carell made the entire process a breeze. I also recommended him to a few friends who did not have legal insurance through Hyatt and they were also very happy customers. 10/10."
"It is distressing to write such a poor review for this business. Regrettably, I had a negative experience with Daniel. I had a small job for him related to business law. It was only a matter of sending an email and a letter on his part to the required party. When we first got on the call he assured me this was an easy fix and he would get this done quickly and efficiently. Well, just to get him to send an initial email was hard. I had to constantly ask for updates. At first he wasn't even responding to my emails or calls. Then I called my legal insurance ( how I had found him - through Hyatt Legal) to try to get an update from him. After Hyatt contacted him and urged him to give me an update, he then replies in an email saying he will do what he was supposed to do 3 weeks ago. But I am a patient person so I agreed. I asked him even then if he was busy then I could look for another lawyer. But he assured me that he could do it. He gets his paralegal to send the letter ( which is fine I suppose). But she makes a mistake and emails ME the letter that was supposed to be sent to the required party. There was no confirmation that an email was sent. But I did get an email of the sample letter they would send to the required party. Again, no conformation that the letter was actually sent to the business or not. I tried to call but of course did not respond to me. Its really sad that he would treat a small job this way. I would have given him a lot of business. I was also looking for attorneys that deal with estate law ( which he does) and I was hoping that I would utilize his services for my own estate law needs. But, he did not prove himself with such a small matter I would definitely not utilize him or his business in bigger matters. SO sad. Will not be recommending him to any of my colleagues and friends."
