"Caution… this store intentionally short changes customers who pay cash. Literally every time. Look at your change next time you buy something, you’ll see what I’m talking about. Also, items are more expensive at the register than they are advertised for which is illegal. I have mentioned this to employees who don’t care. Your 3.29 Red Bull will easily be .50 cents more expensive once checked out. Keep an eye on what you are buying."

"I understand the night shift seems to wokr the store by themselves but 1:30 a.m. to well passed 2am seems like a weird time to close the store with the no alcohol after 2 AM thing Edit. I'm still waiting at 2'32 am"

"WORST STORES I EVER BEEN TO those employees that work there really need training they don't know what their doing I went in to reload my cashapp and both gentleman saying that they don't accept any cashapp at all not ONLY THAT I asked them if they accept any other payments reloads they told me they do not accept anything for reloading honestly the company needs to look into this location its not right at all OR SIMPLY CLOSE THAT STORE DOWN"

"The worst experience I have is having an ignorant cashier who just ignores you when you ask him a simple question. And this cashier who is Arabic or from another culture was wearing a green traditional hoodie/beanie was ignorant when I asked him what kind of Lottery tickets they have available, all he did was point at the window outside and said, " they are right up there"...before I had a chance to purchase a lottery ticket he rungs me up on the lotto that I just said of how much it was; to which was $2.00 and I didn't request that lotto and instead I was aiming for another lotto to which he did without my consent. So I let it be and walked out with one of the lotto and a Coke drink. So buyers beware of this 7 even address: 5958 Magnolia Ave, Riverside, CA 92506."

"I wish I could give this place zero stars, I’ve been coming to this 711 over 15 years, this isn’t the first time I’ve had problems here with the employees and boss, the new management is disrespectful and so are some of the employees. I came in with change and was told it wasn’t the amount I was saying, employee counts the change and said it wasn’t the amount pushes my coins back to me and says count it, so I did and it was the amount I told him it was. Today I go in and the same employee was there, he automatically had an attitude because it was me. We get into about a extra cup I got to put under the other cup because it was spilling, He (the employee) calls the boss to come out and he takes his side (yes I was up set and cussing but that shouldn’t have mattered) I was followed outside with my daughter by to males (The boss and his friend) flashing a badge at me, at this point I was scared because two males are following me out the store with my child (and don’t know if the badges are real) I will never come back here, and I suggest that nobody does."
