"Had an Amazon delivery delivered to this location and was honestly the worst customer service experience. It was just the clerk and myself. The clerk was on his phone couldn’t be bothered to help me and listen to what I was trying to tell him. Very simple here for Amazon and gave him my code since they keep the lockers behind the register. He didn’t let me back there and wouldn’t take my code to try. My dude had negative customer service and negative IQ if he couldn’t understand simple instructions. Hope Amazon parts ways with this store as their customer service does not align with what I’ve experienced with Amazon."
