"The Manager Mauricio is a creep. Woman beware he likes approaching females from behind!! He did it to me I did ask for any help when I felt someone from behind me very close! He asked me how can I help you and I said I didn’t need any help, he then became aggressive!! I called the corporate office and reported it as well. Walmart you need to reevaluate who you promote for as manager because Mauricio is a liability for you customers!! He needs to be drug tested because to me he was under the influence of some type of drug!!!!"

"Waited over 40 minutes and Customer Service kept pressing the button and got an automated response saying customer service will be right with you. When I finally asked and associate, they said oh, we don’t open till 8 AM, but there’s no signage that says that they do that. If they placed a sign, it would’ve managed my expectations to wait until 8 AM. And then when the customer service rep finally did show up he declined. My return said he couldn’t return my my purchase even though I had a return barcode with instructions. The store is the worst associates are rude go to the Burbank supercenter."

"Went in today 8/24/2023 to speak to an associate about making a return. I had my original receipt from the purchase on 8/21/2023 and they still had half an hour before they were going to close. The manager Oscar told me they dont do customer service after 8pm a whole 3 HOURS before they even close at 11pm. He was not kind in explaining this made up policy. So since I definitely questioned when that became a thing and why that « policy » isnt on the receipt . He just kept telling me “You’re just gonna have to come back another day” and was very dismissive. I know Walmart isn’t by any means known for good service but I have the whole receipt and have worked retail for years and know there isn’t a difference in the POS at the lines versus customer service and as a manager its a part of the role to assist and facilitate customer satisfaction. This Man Oscar very clearly didn’t want to help me and treated me like a nuisance for asking to make a return that I had the receipt and my card for. If you aren’t Hispanic or a white woman the same manager and staff will not help you even with a small issue you have everything as a customer that you need (the merchandise , receipt and form of payment). I didnt give any attitude or a hard time but I could feel he was upset that I #1 wanted to return something after 10 pm and #2 that I asked how Im supposed to know as a customer about 8pm when thats not on the return policy on the receipt. I am extremely disappointed to be treated this way by someone who is supposed to be in a management role. He made me come back today 8/25/2023 and I got there at 8:03 because my job is 20 miles away from where I live and I take the bus to work. This man is clearly prejudiced against black people because 3 minutes didn’t warrant him being so rude and blatantly unaccommodating about a return I wanted to make with original receipt not even 5 days after I bought it and found it didnt work out and explained that I barely purchased the items and take public transport to and fro so its really unfair and wrong that Walmart has « leaders » (and I use that term so loosely) who are blatantly prejudiced in 2023. There isnt an actual reason why he should have denied my return if the policy and service area as well don’t state that returns cannot be accepted after a certain time."
