"The “Night manager” doesn’t know how to do her job. I tried using my WIC app cause I’ve lost my physical card and I’ve used my balance just by providing my digital card many time in many food for less stores and she kept saying that they’re not allowed to, which she just didn’t know how to even process the credit manually or even tried to. I’m using my WIC because I cannot afford everything on my own and she didn’t care to even try. She called the other manager and she didn’t even asked she just reiterated that they’re not allowed to do that “right? Worst customer service.. short, short blonde hair with glasses…"

"Pay attention when checking out; they've overcharged on some items many, many times. A lot of the produce is bad or rotting. I can walk up to the avocados and immediately pick out at least half a dozen black, mushy ones. Why can't the produce employees do the same? I once asked one of them why they would leave them on display. He tried to tell me that they were all fine when they opened the store that morning. He said that people squeeze them and that's why they were black and mushy. The store had only been open for three or four hours by then. There's no way squeezing them would have made them uniformly black and mushy. They used to have a customer survey link on their receipts. I commented every time that the music was too loud. It's so loud we want to get out of there ASAP. Shouldn't they want people to take their time and buy more stuff? The music is still extremely loud. TURN IT DOWN."

"Today they decided to close at 9 pm and people are simply not allowed in for no reason. People after work should look for another store for shopping. Rude sellers stood holding the door and yelled at people that they were closed, although no one was breaking into them"
