"I was scowled at by one worker when I asked if I may use the restroom. She contacted another worker “code 90” for me and the other worker audibly growled in anger that I needed to use it. Made me feel embarrassed and like a huge inconvenience in their work day"

"The staff is absolutely amazing! I send a big thank you to Pardis, the lovely pharmacist who helped me when I was picking up my prescription. She gave me valuable advice on the allergies I was experiencing and also took the time to research what ingredients and chemicals in the products I was using were irritating me. Another team member to reach out to if you need anything is Lindsay. She is extremely welcoming and kind! Technical difficulties are normal in everyday life and so are in stores, but the way she handled the situation and kept clients satisfied is so professional!"

"This is absolutely the worst run pharmacy I’ve ever been to. If there are three people in front of you in line you can expect to wait 45 minutes. There’s an obvious lack of urgency at any given moment (even when the line backs up to the door). I have never once had an easy pick-up here. If you try to call ahead of time it’s nearly impossible to get through and last time I did they “accidentally” hung up on me. It’s as if the entire staff is in their training shift Every. Single. Day. Additionally, they claim to open at 9am, but I’ve waited until 9:30am a couple times before finally leaving and they still were not open. Then they all take a lunch break at the same time and completely close the place down. Literally the worst run pharmacy I’ve ever been to. The CVS on Washington is a little rough and I know their staff is run thin as well but they handle it 100x better."
